Q: How long will my delivery take?

Return / Refund Policy
Each of our item featured in TJXCollection.com are inspected for quality before shipping so that you are 100% satisfied.TJXCollection.com is dedicated to providing our customer with the very best service. If you find any of your received items to be defective and damaged. We will gladly provide you with replacement. Products returned for any reason other than damage or defects will NOT be eligible neither for return nor exchange.
FAQ
Q : Can I request for payment refund ?
A : No, we do not accept payment refund.
Q : In which circumstances that the merchant purchased CAN be exchanged or replaced ?
A : Where delivered merchant is not tally with the order invoice; postage charge will be exempted. If the exchange or replace merchant is out of stock, buyer could request for replacement by other lower / equivalent / higher selling price merchants where shortage amount will be refund and / or excess amount has to be top up by buyer. In the case of exchange or replacement, buyer has to contact us within 24 hours when parcel received and return the merchants within 2 business days from the day informed. Only one time exchange or replacement will be accepted. To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you email our Customer Service:
- Your order number / order ID
- Product name of the item you wish to exchange
- Reason for exchange / replace ( e.g. defective item )
Terms & Conditions
- All items returned for exchange or repair must be sent back to TJX Collection office with prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
- Returned items must be in their original tag and plastic bag packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
- Returned items must be in good condition. TJXCollection.com reserves the right to reject return/exchange requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.
- TJXCollection.com will be responsible for exchange shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided.
- TJXCollection is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier to ensure that it reaches us.
- TJXCollection.com may or may not reship the replacement or repaired items by courier. TJXCollection reserves the right to decide upon reshipping methods in cases of exchange.
- Products returned for any reason other than damage or defects will NOT be eligible neither for return nor exchange. TJXCollection.com does not accept unwanted/unopened returns on any items.
- In cases of defective return, TJXCollection.com will provide a replacement item instead of a refund, unless there is out of stock.
- TJXCollection.com reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute; TJXCollection.com’s decision will be final.
- Exchanges Fashion products ( under the “Apparel” and “Bag” category ) will only allowed in cases of defective product. Exchanges are not allowed for any other reason.
- TJXCollection.com is not responsible for the shipping fee of return items but will be responsible for the shipping fee of replacement. TJXCollection.com may or may not ship the replacement by courier.
Q : In which circumstances that the merchant purchased can NOT be exchanged or replaced ?
A :
- Where the merchant is present without e-receipt, inscribed with the correct model item.
- Returned items not in their original tag and plastic bag packaging.
- Where the merchant was not sold under TJXCollection.com.
- Where in our sole opinion, the item was subjected to modification, attempted repair or unreasonable misused.
- Where merchants in slightly discoloration, oxidation or scratches on surface.
- Where the merchant was not the desire color, size, design & pattern.
- All promotion and sales merchants.
Q : Can I return clearance item(s) after I have received it/them ?
A : Sorry, any return request (including size exchange) will not be entertained except you have received defective item(s). We will be responsible for replacing any defective item by another piece of the same item, which is confirmed in good condition.
